Shipping & Returns

Original Paintings: 

Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Final shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, but feel free to contact me in advance if you’d like a custom quote.

Giclée Prints:
All prints are made to order and hand-cut. Please allow the following estimated timeframes for processing and delivery:

• United States:
  Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks, with an additional week for delivery. Orders often arrive sooner.
• International:
  Processing takes approximately 1–2 weeks, with delivery taking 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Many orders arrive faster than estimated.
• Customs:
  International orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees such as import taxes or duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, so please check your country’s regulations.

Canvas Prints: For framed canvas prints, please allow an additional week for processing on top of the timelines listed above.

Original Paintings (Detailed Shipping Estimates):

• United States:
  Please allow at least 1 week for packing and processing, plus approximately 1 week for delivery. Orders often arrive sooner.
• International:
  All original paintings ship from Atlanta, GA (USA). Processing typically takes at least 1 week, with delivery ranging from 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Timing may vary based on local postal services.
• Customs:
  As with prints, international shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer—please review your country’s policies in advance.

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care, transparency, and attention to detail. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before placing your order so I can assist you.

Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on artworks. Giclée prints are delicate and should only be handled by professional framers, and original paintings require specialized packing to prevent damage. For these reasons, returns are not accepted. Exceptions may be made at my discretion (see below).

Unless an item differs significantly from its description, the following policies apply:

All original artwork sales are final and non-returnable.

All prints are made to order based on your selected image, size, and material. As custom items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping Loss or Damage

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. While I’m not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit, I will do my best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that arrangements are in place for safe receipt of your package.

In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, following these steps will improve your chances of a successful claim:

1. Do not allow packages to be left unattended.
2. If unavailable, arrange pickup from the carrier’s facility.
3. Inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery.
4. If damage is visible, either refuse delivery or open the package in the presence of the courier.
5. If the artwork is damaged, refuse the shipment and document it with photos.
6. Report the issue to the shipping carrier within 7 days, providing all documentation.

Failure to follow these steps may limit my ability to assist you.

I understand how frustrating these situations can be—please know I share your concern and will support you where possible.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, the following applies:

• Refunds will be issued minus a 25% handling fee
• Orders with free shipping will be refunded minus the original shipping cost
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exceptional Circumstances (Returns by Approval Only)

In rare cases, I may approve a return at my discretion under the following conditions:

• You must notify me within 3 days of delivery
• The item must be shipped back within 7 days
• Artwork must be returned in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase
• Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be refunded

Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange may be issued if the item is in perfect condition.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Free shipping orders will be refunded minus actual shipping costs
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not available unless I’m unable to fulfill the order.

I reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to supply issues, shipping constraints, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Color Accuracy

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. I make every effort to represent my work as accurately as possible.
