Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Final shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, but feel free to contact me in advance if you’d like a custom quote.
Giclée Prints:
All prints are made to order and hand-cut. Please allow the following estimated timeframes for processing and delivery:
Canvas Prints: For framed canvas prints, please allow an additional week for processing on top of the timelines listed above.
Original Paintings (Detailed Shipping Estimates):
Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care, transparency, and attention to detail. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before placing your order so I can assist you.
Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on artworks. Giclée prints are delicate and should only be handled by professional framers, and original paintings require specialized packing to prevent damage. For these reasons, returns are not accepted. Exceptions may be made at my discretion (see below).
Unless an item differs significantly from its description, the following policies apply:
All original artwork sales are final and non-returnable.
All prints are made to order based on your selected image, size, and material. As custom items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Shipping Loss or Damage
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. While I’m not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit, I will do my best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that arrangements are in place for safe receipt of your package.
In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, following these steps will improve your chances of a successful claim:

Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, the following applies:

Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange may be issued if the item is in perfect condition.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not available unless I’m unable to fulfill the order.
I reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to supply issues, shipping constraints, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Color Accuracy
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. I make every effort to represent my work as accurately as possible.
